Refund Policy

We at – Värmlant AB notify all as per below;

1. If buyer cancels his contract, due to death or injury as indicated by his team – before the said goods are yet to be handed to the shipping agent, refund under our clauses will take affect fully.
2. If buyer is not happy or content with goods sent up to 5% in quantity or quality change as due to natural causes like road accidents, road havocs, delays caused by natural diseases, we shall discuss with the buyer in regards to this; either by accounting for the said quantity by our means or means provided by the buyer or but all can be discussed and no refund shall be considered.
3. All advance payments made to our company account – can be refunded easily before the next steps as we need to communicate with our bank.
4. All booking confirmations can be cancelled prior to notification from the buyer
5. Our lawyers – are ready to discuss with our clients at any given moment.
